Hades' Heart Ring was made to represent the few Pomegranate seeds given to Persephone to ensure her return to the Underworld - the God's whole heart made vulnerable and suspended within such tiny jewelled morsels.
One can read their relationship as the two locked in something dark, obsessive and controlling or as something deeply and mutually loving - there are many interpretations.
The ring instead immortalises the moment that our fates and decisions are sealed in such unassuming forms.
As each piece is sculpted by hand, there will be slight variations in the design of each jewel. This adds to the unique and hand-crafted story of each piece.
