For all "purchase now" items, these can be sent anywhere. Please know costs of shipping will vary internationally pending on the item and the fragility of the item being sent. Customs and Duties for international orders will be the buyers responsibility to pay, please be mindful of this prior to purchasing as we will not refund you for shipping costs if you have an item returned to us due to neglect in arranging pick up or customs payment.
For all items larger, a staff member will be in touch with you to arrange the best logistics and shipping possible for getting these items not able to be sent via. postal service to you!

All our items that are sent inbound and outbound are covered during transit. For extra cover though you will need to pay an additional fee in some cases.
All major credit cards are accepted within the website platform as well as PayPal and AfterPay within Australia. Payment can also be made using Island Luxe gift vouchers. Should a payment not be accepted online, feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to try an accomodate you where we can.

Each piece stocked within Island Luxe is sourced mindfully, made by artisans and designers around the world who pride themselves in taking the greatest care in their production methods. Often the pieces are handmade in the artisan’s local region using predominantly natural materials and through the employ of local craftspeople.
Whilst some items can be a one off, please always get in contact with us if you see something you might be interested in custom ordering. Our team is almost always able to accomdate you in finidng what you need or are wanting.
Some items pending availability may be hired out for a flat fee. Please contact us in store or online to discuss your shoot or event need.
Currently our courtyard space is a place to indulge and transport you upon visiting our store in Bangalow . Please note we do not hire this space out for events or photoshoots to encourage this feeling to remain calm and transportive.
