This limited edition hat is made from antique Sisla Straw. It features ribbon trimming, outside hatband with ribbon, stretch lining, and metal wire for moldability.
Horisaki develops elastic/ stretch bands to make their hats easier to wear. It makes the hat sit comfortably on your head and can be worn down in colder weather and/ or as a detail. It makes the fit suitable for most sizes.
Horisaki hats are handmade and handstitched. Therefore, variations in shape, form, colour and measurements in the brim and crown may occur. Measurements will also vary depending on how the wearer shapes the hat.
No stiffening is used in the hat-making process, which makes the hats soft and comfortable with good travel abilities.

100% Antique Sisal Straw
A natural straw made from sisal handwoven in Mexico. Delicate in texture but resilient in wear. The material is resistant to deterioration in salt water. Sisal is made using a one-over-one weave.
Hand-dyed/ pigment dyed. Hand-washed to create a distressed look. Colour tones may vary due to natural dying techniques.
One size hats are sized 54 - 60.5cm.
